"invalid amount"

i'm trying to upgrade my Korg Legacy M1 to the new Korg Collection 2 M1, and whenever I enter the migration coupon and try to hit "place order", a dialogue box pops up saying "invalid amount" and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?
