Thinking that all styles with included chord sequences are based on actual songs. For example, Monkey Pop is Dance Monkey by Tones and I.

I have had some success putting key words from the style names into Google to come up with a song name. However, this is tedious.

Some of the forum members are excellent at recognizing the song for which styles have been created. Maybe they will share a list as they have a chance to hear the styles.

I'm with keymn. I am glad that Korg gives us free style but all they ever release is pop, funk, hip hop., nothing older folks use. I would really like to see some Country styles and doo wop. When was the last time a country style release came out?

Guessing there will be more styles for old songs when more old songs are written? :?

Seriously, what is needed?

I'm an "Old Folk" but my arranger-styles needs range from 1940 to 2020

So, what era?, genre?
Or are you after song-specific styles (there's a 3rd party website for that (incl Korg1's offerings)

I think you are on the right track - I am new to the Pa4x and I absolutely love this machine. But coming from a Yamaha Genos, I must say that the styles from Korg are not their best feature. Especially country styles are few and not that great......

If you can use it, I just finished the theme from "Deerhunter" as a style.
Send me a PM and i will send the file to you :-)
