Unwanted Random Panning - Solved
I’m working on a combi using 4 tracks. All 4 tracks are continuously panning left to right while I’m playing. The only effect I’m using is reverb. I should mention that Karma is on. The random pan stops if I turn Karma off. What am I missing?

Or over writing existing combi ?
Which Karma GE ?
Re: Unwanted Random Panning
From scratch. Even though I’ve been playing my Kronos for five years, I usually don’t use Karma so I don’t have a lot of knowledge about this feature. I’m using the arpeggiator.GregC wrote:combi from 'scratch ' ?Falcon2e wrote:I’m working on a combi using 4 tracks. All 4 tracks are continuously panning left to right while I’m playing. Which is why I needed exactly the GE Arp you are using.
The panning could be associated to the particular GE Arp.

Thanks Greg for spending your time researchIng my issue. As I stated before, I haven’t used Karma very often, but I’m working on a combi that requires it. I’m reading the pdf operating manual and trying to take it all in. I just thought it was strange behavior. If this is normal, then I’ll just deal with it. ThanksGregC wrote:I duplicated what you said.
I went thru the 9 karma tabs, nothing jumped out to disable the panning.
Stephen will likely know the steps

I have discovered that some aps randomly pan L/R and some don’t. My work around to solve my problem was to find an alternative arpeggio. (Model)
It would be nice you know if the random panning can be disabled though on any arp.

There's a "Midi Filtering" section in KARMA, where you can disable the panning. I'm not at Kronos right now, so if you have problems finding it let me know and I'll take a closer look. Good Luck!

Wow! You are correct. It's NOT easy to find, but when I un-checked the "transmit CC-A" box the random panning stopped. Thanks!!kid_nepro_2002 wrote:There's a "Midi Filtering" section in KARMA, where you can disable the panning.
