Dead Wavestate? Synth completely Freezed.

Hi folks.

First, sorry for my poor English.

I've bought my new Wavestate last week from Thomann in Germany.

Yesterday I was playing the Wavestate and suddenly everything crashed. Synth completely freezed.

The screen was blocked showing the perfomance page and no button or knobs reacted. There was no sound either. I didn't do anything special. I was not programming. I was only listening to the perfomances with only the headphones and a sustain pedal connected. No midi or audio or usb cables.

The only solution was to turn off the synth and turn it on again.

At the moment it has not happened again but I am very worried and I do not know whether to return it.

Has this happened to anyone before ???

I have had my wavestate for about 2 weeks, and this hasn't happened to me yet.

Has it happened again since? Perhaps worth doing an update of the firmware:

Any memory of what you were doing specifically? Any luck recreating the issue?

I hope it doesn't happen again!

Today, no problems after two hour playing it.

If it's happen again, I'll make a video with my phone.
