SV-1 - B4 key always plays max volume when pressed

Hello! So recently I came across a weird problem. My B4 key suddently only plays the note at max velocity (this applies to both volume and MIDI Out signal) and I wasn't able to gather what was wrong through the service manual. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It is likely to be due to a dirty or worn key contact.
