Zero 4 Sound Issue

Hi guys

My zero 4 sometimes when turned on doesn't boot properly and no sound comes out,then if left on for 10 mins or so if I turn it on and off it's ok.

Anyone else experience this?

Is there somewhere in the UK that can look at this and are spare parts still available?
