TR Rack - Bank Select - Proper method?

Hello, I have a Roland PC-200 mk II midi controller connected to the TR Rack. I simply want to send a MIDI message from the Roland directly to the Korg to select a Bank and then a Program within that Bank. Only thing I can get it to do is select a Program from the active bank, but unable to switch banks.

For example, in order to choose Program 124 from Bank B, I'm pushing on the Roland: [Midi/Select] - [CC00] - "0" - [CC32] - "1" - [PG] - "125" - [Enter] - [Midi/Select] but the Korg stays in its current bank. It does select Program 124 however, so I know it's receiving the Program Select message, but not the Bank Select message.

What is the proper way to send a Bank Select message to the Korg TR Rack via midi controller? Thanks in advance!
