Volca Drum NO SOUND / NO AUDIO

I have no sound from either the headphone port or the onboard speakers.. Can anyone help.. I have done the factory reset and update the firmware to 0114.. Still no sound. Please help

Wish I could help! I'm here because the same thing has happened to me. No sound through headphones or internal speaker. Everything else seems to be fine. Tried some dust cleaner in the phones, but that wouldn't explain why the onboard speaker isn't working. Also, the dust cleaner didn't work. lol.

WHY?!? I love this drum machine
