microKEY 2 49 Air firmware update issues on macOS

Post by Alexx »

Hello.
I need help please with my Bluetooth keyboard.

I need to update its firmware but the official KORG app "microKEY 2 Air Updater 1.04.app" doesn't see my keyboard (microKEY 2 49 Air) when I plug it into my MacBook Pro 2019 with 10.15.7 Catalina. I tried to connect it by USB cable holding DOWN+leftmost key before plugging, I tried also to reset using UP+DOWN octave keys. I saw all those LEDs on the keyboard telling me that the keyboard is in update mode or resetting or whatever but the program didn't see the keyboard. The app is loading for a long time and starting with a message "No Korg device found. Connect your microKEY 2G/Air and relaunch this updater". I tried to plug this into different MacBookPro USB ports but without success. Can anyone help please what can I do?
The keyboard works tho. But not in iOS 13, that's why I was trying to update.
