Kaossilator Pro no sound

Hi everyone,
my Kaossilator Pro works with some sounds from the sound bank, but not with all of them.
is it possible that the intern sound bank is broken? how could I fix it?
I know this device is already old but that´s why is so difficult to find a solution.
