Hey,
I recently bought a MS2000R. I just figured out how to save patches onto my computer via SysEx transfer (midi dump). And I also figured out how to get it back into my MS2000.
However, right now I'm doing it patch for patch. I know you can also backup the whole synth. But can you also export and import just one bank (aka 16 patches/presets)? For me that would be the most convenient.
Just wondering.
Thanks
Regards

Hi,
It is 1 program, all programs, global data or all programs + global data.
Not sure whether this still works, as it is already quite old: http://daz.korgforums.com/
Further you could also dump all programs at once, save as a syx file and try to open it in the pcg tools for further sorting, moving and so on: http://pcgtools.mkspace.nl/index.html
Have fun.
