Hi Greg,

on the Korg USA website, under Support page I find "Contact Us" then: Customer Service: customerservice@korgusa.com, do you mean this one?
I'm not able to find "communication"

email Korg Support USA, they might refer it.

the dev team, at least part of it, works under the Korg USA umbrella for certain products.

Thats mostly the Digital synths and workstations.. next to Kronos amd nautilus, the new wavestate, opsix and modwave where heavilly influenced by KOrg USA’s development..

Other instruments like the PA series arrangers and the stage piano’s come from Korg Italy..

I think the analogue gear, the volca’s and the Software mostly coems from Japan..

It looks very much that these 3 teams all work somehwat independent from eachother.
