Easiesr DAW edit to use getting wavs out & back in?

Did a vocal session with a ton of punch ins.

Looking for recommendation on the easiest way to get the wav files out, edited and back into the Kronos in the exact spot to keep everything in sinc?

The one and only thing that matters concerning the placing of a wav file into the Kronos is that :
The measure AND the Beat tick in the AUDIO EVENT EDIT

(see the parameter guide P 651)
