Roli Seaboard Block as external controller for Korg Pa700

I am intending to use Roli seaboard block with PA700. Is PA700 a multi-timbral instrument? I would like to use the 5D touch effects on Roli Seaboard Block to modify the output sound. For example, pitch bend, slide, slide, pressure. Can Korg PA700 handle multiple MIDI channels at the same time? Request for guidance from experienced users. Thanks.
