Korg Volca Nubass clock sync problem.

Good day, my device is strangely syncing through the clock signal. It starts either late, or on the wrong note, or evenly. I checked my other volca synthesizers, they work clearly from the first note, and this one works in a strange way. I changed the polarity settings - it did not help, I tried different cables, but it also did not help. Latest version firmware. Any ideas?
Please let me know if anyone has the same problem with Nubass.
