Try reloading OS v2.0.0 which is format and reset os and will restore it as close to factory as possible (about 2.5Gb download).
If that doesn't solve your issue, then it could be a hardware failure.

Can you please define "not turning on"?
Describe in details what happens from the time you insert the power plug (leds that are lighting , buttons you press, anything on screen , etc).
Maybe this ll help us understand the situation better

What version are you actually running when this is happening?
You say you've re-loaded OS 2.0.0 - is that the current one or have you applied any further updates?
Is this happening in a Korg-only configuration - i.e. no extra 3rd party style/sounds/samples etc..etc.. just pure Korg OS and styles?
Just trying to piece this together.
As Musiccankill asks:- please give us the fine details of all your actions when powering on etc....
Cheers
Pete

2.everything is loaded as expected
3.everything works well for 2-5 hours
4.turn off
5.in a minute I press the power button
6.the LED on the power button lights up and you can hear the hard drive start working
7.nothing else turns on, the screen doesn't light up and other LEDs don't light up either
8.if you leave it off for several hours, then I can turn it on again
9.if after switching on to work for only a few minutes, then you can turn it off and on immediately
10.it turns out that this problem occurs only after prolonged use of the key
this problem occurs both on a clean version 2.0 without additional updates and styles, and with an update to version 3.1karmathanever wrote:What version are you actually running when this is happening?

I also removed the hard drive, but without it this also happens

I think it might be time to get your local service engineer to check it out.
Let us know how you go.
Good luck...

Yes , i agree, it is time to visit your closest service center as it seems to be a hardware issue. The best outcome will be the internal power supply. Worst one could be the cpu board . In case it is the mainboard , it is repairable but i m not sure they get to repair any component level faults ..
Good luck ! Let us know how it goes.

unfortunately, there are no specialized service centers in the country, the power supply was checked, everything is in order with it, and if it is a motherboard, then I don't even know what to domusiccankill wrote:Yes , i agree, it is time to visit your closest service center as it seems to be a hardware issue. The power supply should be checked after prolonged usage (when the keyboard fails to boot , while it is connected to the entire system ) with an oscilloscope to check for correct and stable voltage (no ripple in the DC rail).Pedro555 wrote:

If that is how it has been checked then most probably the cpu board and/or main board are at fault.

Surely you should be able to get it fixed under warranty via your retailerPedro wrote:the device is practically new
