As the title says, I updated my Wavestate to version 2, then decided to use my Wavestate for something. That something is sequenced in my MPC, and for reasons I can not figure out midi in (the midi plug) no longer works on my Wavestate with the MPC. Then I discovered it doesn't work thru usb either... Every other synth still works fine. Midi keyboards (controllers) no longer work with it using midi in or usb either... The editor program will allow you to make changes, play notes, etc.... I re read the one paragraph about midi stuff in the update pdf's, nothing obvious in there either.
I must be missing the obvious....
Has anyone else run into this?

Ok, if anyone else runs into this, I figured out what the issue is, but not the root cause.
The naming convention of the Wavestate changed after the update.
It did not do this with prior updates. But I don't know what was updated last, the Wavestate, Daw's, Controllers, or the MPC.
Anyway, if you run into this issue check to see if the naming convention of the Wavestate changed and everything is using the old name of the Wavestate which is no longer in your setup....
Of course I discovered this, right after I started this thread....
