Volca Sample 2 memory full message at 65%...

Hi, I have a problem with my Volca Sample 2.
When I go to load samples with the Volca Sample Librarian, when I have reached about 65%, a memory full message appears.
I tried to clear the memory but to no avail, it seems there are some hidden samples that I can't remove from sample2.
Is there a method to clear the memory completely?
