Dual Style Player question

Post by Sam CA »

To be honest, I haven't really watched any of the videos just yet.

I'm curious about the dual style player capability. If I load the same or comparable styles in both players... so they're both playing at the same tempo and everything. Are they actually playing in sync? how smooth is the transition from one to another?

Sorry Sam - but you deserve a bit of a SLAM for this one.

You have a YouTube channel dedicated to Tutorials for KORG Arrangers, and you say, you really haven't watched any of the videos yet....

:P :P :P

Short answer for everyone is - Yes, you can match Tempo between both Players. Tempo Lock and then SHIFT Play to play them in Sync.

You're right. I totally do! The thing is I hardly play or use the arranger features anymore, so I haven't really been active. I always get the 61 keys, so it'd be easy to take them to gigs, but that's too small of a keybed and I get bored real fast!

But now that there's a 88 key version, I might actually be tempted to play it more often. It'll never leave the house, but it will get played!

Can one of the players be used to play an audio file wave or Mp3 as a backing groove sample in sync with the style tempo ?

Thanks for your reply, I watched the video and they played a vocal audio sample with in one player in sync with a style , that means we can use audio samples in one player . Maybe 🤔
