Sound cutting out when changing Patches over Midi

Hello guys,

I'm planning to include the Wavestate as an auxillary Keyboard in my Rig.
I've already set up some patches in my fantom with the right MSB LSB and PC datas, and it works like a charm, but the sounds cutting out when changing patches on the master keyboard.
The wavestate does smooth sound transitioning when changing patches on the device itself without any problem.
I noticed similar behaviour of cutting out sounds when using the wavestate with the Librarian Software open.

Do you guys can confirm? Perhaps anyone know a fix?
