Nautilus glitch
I've got an occasional glitch. Very annoying. Happens maybe once or twice an hour. And happens on any sound with any length of sustain.
Basically, I play a note or chord and the sound cuts out after a second. It repeats the problem 3 or 4 times, each time I hit the note/chord and then the problem goes away.
I've uploaded the the 1.2 program but the problem persists.
The keyboard is 13 months old!
Anyone else had this issue? More importantly anyone fixed it!

Yes, it has been noted and experienced by others. No resolution to the glitch has been accomplished or even acknowledged yet by Korg to my knowledge. Maybe in a future OS upgrade.

Re: Nautilus glitch
I have not serviced a 61 or 73 note Nautilus keybed. Only the RH3 88 note.Dukether wrote:I've got an occasional glitch. Very annoying. Happens maybe once or twice an hour. And happens on any sound with any length of sustain.

Could it be an issue processing the scanned note information which is sent from between the contact pcb's a beneath the shorter 61 &73 key bed and the motherboard?

I live in The Netherlands and I have exactly the same problem. I am looking forward to a new update too.Ramonb91 wrote:I have the same problem, I am in France and several users have this problem too. Has anyone had an official response from KORG regarding this problem?

I have upgraded the SSD from the original 60Gb with a Transcend 128 Go TS128GMSA230S (clone + partition extention) 2 weeks ago and for the time being I don't have any more sound cut issues and seems that screen lags have been reduced.
Also when I open the nautilus I check all wiring/connectors but I don't found any issues.
I will inform the forum if the sound cuts or screen lags will come back.

For information
To do the SSD upgrade I have follow the french youtube video "Nautilus Clone disque dur" ( I think you could translate the video and documentation in english) :
