How to perform a factory reset

Hello,

I hope someone can help me out.

I need to update the OS in a Krome and reload all the factory data/sounds.

Personally, I have a Triton Studio and very familiar with the procedure on it however I'm at a bit of a loss as to how that is performed on a Krome.

On the Korg website I can download the factory data for the Triton but I can't seem to find the equivalent for the Krome.

The Krome is not mine so I'm not intimate with all of it's functions like I am with my personal Triton.

Can anyone help me out please?

Updating the Krome firmware shouldn't overwrite the Program and Combi data.

Restoring the factory default sounds and settings is detailed on page 125 in the Krome, and Krome EX Operations Guides:

Thanks! I overlooked the Appendix. Dummy me!

It's done a little different on the Triton. Didn't even think to look there.
