lower backing is off

Hey all,

i used to have background backing sound is on whenever i press any chord at the lower split and when i start any style it will vanish automatically.
now it is all gone and my lower split is off no matter what chords i use.

any help is much appreciated

I assumed you've checked this. But verify Lower Chord Scan is Selected, and check Slider #5 (Lower)
