quick ? about PA 700/1000, Korg i3

I've been playing a friend's i3 (2020 reboot) for a bit and am very impressed w/ the soundset. nice drum kits and decent bread and butter sounds. I know the sell on the i3 is the UI -- it's easy! but the i3 sounds have me wondering about the newer Korg arrangers. wondering how the latest ones (700/1000) are sonically compared w/ the i3 or the Kross 2. (if i3 had an arpeggiator it would be super-great).
