Modwave not reconginzed on MacOS Ventura 13.2.1

Anyone else having an issue in MacOS Ventura 13.2.1. The system is not recognizing the instrument, I am getting "waiting for the device" message on both, the librarian and updater.

Its not the NCM settings, and I have allowed USB accessories to connect on Mac. I see that Ventura OS is "under examination" on the Korg's Mac compatibility chart. I can MIDI control Modwave from Ableton on Mac via USB without any issues. I just cant get it to be recognized by librarian and updater on Mac OS.

On Windows everything is working fine, so its not a Modwave or USB cable issue. all the software and Modwave are using the latest drivers.

I can also communicate with Modwave via SysEx librarian on Mac, its been recognized by SysEx as Modwave.
