Factory restore questions
I want to restore my Kronos 2 back to factory default. If I do this, what will happen to the Purgatory Creek licenses that I own? Will I have to renew each one through Korg?
Restoring your Korg Kronos 2 to factory default settings will erase all user data and settings, including any installed licenses. Therefore, if you restore your Kronos 2 to its factory default settings, you will lose your Purgatory Creek libraries.
To continue using the Purgatory Creek libraries, you will need to reinstall them after restoring your Kronos 2 to its factory default settings. You can do this by following the same installation process you used initially to install the licenses.
In short, I hope you still have the key codes to unlock the libraries as you will need to enter that data again.
Kind regards
Sharp.
