Problem connecting to editor

Hello. I installed the editor and the midi driver for windows 10

I connect the Nautilus vis USB, I use the one from my Nord Stage 3 because this one didnt come with a cable when I purchased it. I am getting an error stating no midi port is recognized, and I cannot properly connect it and there is no port visible at the list to connect. Sorry my ignorance, but what is missing here?. Never had such issues before, but it is also true that I didnt use an external sound interface before, not sure if this affects somehow (before I simply installed and connected via usb and it was pretty easy, including Korg produts). Thanks a lot for your help!
