Keystep 37 Stop Transport Button & Associated Midi Note

I'm trying to filter out the stop button cc message so that pressing it doesn't stop the sequencers on my Volcas much like Slenterende Beer does and mention in their setup video. I have a filter on control change messages (using U6Midi Pro), which I think is correct, but it isn't doing the trick. Is there a specific midi note associated with the stop transport function? I've done a lot of searching but haven't found the answer.
