4 different pianos playing same MIDI sequence

Post by bpoodoo »

4 different pianos playing same song sequence from the Triton Extreme's sequencer.

https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUhd ... jOuPIAyDna

1) Triton ROM Concert Piano
2) Salamander Grand Samples (49Mb, internal)
3) Garritan CFX Lite (4Gb loaded / 22Gb total, external PC)
4) e-instruments Pure Piano (1Gb, external iPhone)

The Garritan CFX Lite is the hands-down winner - though I still have an affinity for the Salamander since it fits in the keyboard memory.

I'm using this nifty Wireless Bluetooth MIDI adapter that works out-of-the-box to connect my Triton Extreme MIDI IN and MIDI OUT 5-pin connectors wirelessly to an iOS device or to a Windows 10 PC (even if the PC doesn't have a Bluetooth radio):
