About 1/3 buttons non-op at boot up

This has happened several times to a couple different X50s that I own at different times. After boot up many of the buttons will not work that all worked at the last use. It’s always the same buttons including SW2, Program, E, and many others. Don’t have the unit in front of me right now to name them all.
In the past I’ve reset the keyboard back to factory defaults using the power on while pressing buttons sequence and it would come back to normal.
Or I’ve used the button self test sequence in the self test page to get them working again.
Have any of you had any issues similar.
These are not bad switches. It’s more of a software or firmware glitch.
