How to set pitch bend amount

I have looked everywhere on how to set the amount the CC1 raises lowers pitch for a sample and can't find it anywhere.
This has to be easy but I can't find it.

or how do I find this menu?

UGH,
Its the third knob in the filter row IF you hold shift key.
That is so not intuitive.
Pitch Bend value should be easier to locate than this , just took me half a day is all.
