Sustain and scene change ???

Okay. Follow me here: On Kronos when I change a scene from say a string program to a piano program, while holding the sustain pedal down, the piano sustain will also be on. On Nautilus, when changing from string to piano, holding down the sustain pedal, the strings will sustain, but not the piano. Any way to fix this? This is NOT a problem with Kronos. Thanks.
