PA3x Screen On & working but nothing else

Looking for some help. The 15v supply is good and the screen & OS power up but nothing else is working. Customer said that the keyboard has set for a long time. 7v battery is dead and doesn't seem to be charging but nothing works even with it unplugged. I'm guessing that the step down circuit is bad on the control board because the Bat voltage is .4v. Anyone have any experience with this.

Standby button works to turn on keyboard but nothing else works. No sound either. Hoping it's just the control board.

Thoughts?

Main board is dead. When the screen gets power it shows the splash screen by itself making it look like booting. In that case it's not possible to turn of the keyboard using the standby button. I had the same issue and solved it by resoldering the whole main pcb using hot air.

I have too this problem 1:1. Do you fix this , and have some repair solution for this problem?

The problem comes from peripherial devices like flat cable between CPU-Board, Left or Right board faults and ribbon-control faults.
