Wow, the 1.8 gig RAM Preload is streaming 23 gigs of samples from Disk. Pretty good memory management with that selection. I will go through it and maybe deselect some of the multi-gig sized items, so I can fit more of my samples, like I did on Kronos.
I like that Page, Mode, and Sequencer buttons can be physical interface and on screen. COMPARE and Sampling functions can be assigned to physical buttons, as well. Missing the PADS function though, which was handy for assigning a chord to each key press. Maybe in an update?
Though they work well, My OASYS is 19 years old, and the Kronos X is around 12. I want to ensure my work flow for the foreseeable future. I have a substantial investment in sound libraries, that I want to back up. So glad that Korg now allows 3 units to share libraries.
