Korg EXP-2 on PA5X - Reduce sensitivity ?

Post by leland_iko_music »

Hi,

I've had the EXP-2 expression pedal for my PA5X for a little over a year, and I'm still finding it OVERLY sensitive. This is especially the case when doing cinematic/epic stuff with strings when I want to do dynamic effects.
I find that moving the pedal just a fraction of a centimetre has a dramatic change in volume.

Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the espression pedal so that it isn't so abrupt, and rather make it slightly less "reactive" ? (somewhat along the lines of adjusting the velocity curves on the kehyboard)

Thanks in advance
