Silly answer possibly, but in the absence of any other reply here goes...
I have a PA4x Oriental (and a PA5X Standard). I really really miss the wonderful oriental sound and styles - they are not transferable.
So, for what it's worth I'm sure the PA5X oriental is worth having.
PS. When i was debating a few year's back between buying a PA4x standard and PA4x Oriental, I talked with Korg representative who assured me that the Oriental facilities were an addition, ie nothing was lost. So for the extra few bucks I got a huge extra facility.
PPS. I am not oriental myself, but have a very eclectic appetite for music. As I found, these extra resources hugely enhanced my enjoyment of these fine arranger keyboards.
PPPS. For verification do google for "Korg Oriental sounds on PA4X"
