New Korg PAASMK2 volume higher on the right speakers

Hi,

I bought a new PAASMK2. Although I find that sound output form the right side is a db or two higher than on the left. I updated the PA5x to update 1.3 and aslo checked for the l/r balance on the headphones and line outs, they are fine. It is just misbalanced on the PAAS.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

I have also reached out to Korg support, but wondering if there is some tribal knowledge that I might have missed.
