Saving Slices in Sampling Mode

Post by BR »

Hi,
I loaded a Wave sample on my Pa4X, Sound sampling mode and then Sliced it successfully.
When I try to save it I get an error message that say; Error Writing Groove File. (see below screen shot).
I don't understand what this message means.
Anybody knows what does it mean and how can I fix it?
Thank you

Probably because you have exceeded time slices limit number of Pa4X per time sliced sample
somewhere close to 92 AFAIK , try to reduce measures of audio sample before importing it in Pa4X.
It's also a matter of sample time duration , if over 20 seconds will fail saving !

Hope this Helps

Thanks Antony for your reply.
I was guessing the same thing but wasn't sure, thanks for confirmation.
I'll try to reduce the number of measures and will see if this can work.
Thank you
