KORG Triton Extreme 61 Sustain Pedal & Sounds Sticking Issue

Hi,
I just bought a super mint condition Extreme 61. Everything on this thing is like never used.
However, I got on-stage with it, and the Sustain Pedal that I had successfully calibrated to it, stopped working mid performance.
I rebooted with the pedal jack out, and the sounds started sticking on.
Im looking for any and all ideas that might be causing this?
