How does the TC Helicon feature compares to Pa1x/ Pro?

Post by mpakwood »

I am really concerned if I will be able to have all the same exact options with the TC Helicon effects processor in the Pa800 as I did before in the Pa1x? My vocalist really loved the quality of the effects on the harmonizer part of the Pa1x and I am not sure if I will be able to get exactly the same with the Pa800!

I know that the Pa800 does not have a dedicated XLR input....really strange why Korg did not carry this popular feature forward in their new arranger model ????

The algorhythms are exactly the same, but there is one voice less. Other parameters are missing in the Pa800.

Several hardware things are missing from the Pa1X. But price is also much lower. At the same time, with the Pa800 you get the same balanced inputs as before, but on a 1/4" jack.

Hi Paolo,

I have a Pa1xPro and I have bought the TC helicon key. Harmony and voice modeling works very well.

I have rarely used the pitch correction. Whenever I tried it, I do not hear any change. Is there a way to check if pitch correction is working correctly? Is there a guide to using pitch correction. Could you please respond? Anyone else out there who is familier with pitch correction?

Thanks,

Kauser
