Problem when connecting PA800 to PC using USB

Hi guys

I have done everything in normal way ( connect PA800 to PC, Enable the usb port in Media page ) and then my laptop can detect the Korg PA800 but I could not find any appropriate icon in "My Computer" section to start transfering files.

What did I do wrong?

Thanks you so much for your helps, I am completely new to Korg.

Note: I also installed the driver which is not necessary for Window XP.

Hi NgocBao,

Did you upgrade the OS (from 1.0 to 1.01) and the ressource (to 1.01) ?

Did you sort this out - I have same problem. OS 1.60

Hi .

Did you install USB Driver ?

If not -> download it from KORGPA.com -> install and all will be OK ...

Thanks just sorted it - I had used the drivers.

But I had not enabled under Media/USB.

I presumed it was enabled because memory stick was working.
