Well said, sysex dump is the way to go ... that works for both Mac and PC.
It's really weird that the Mac and PC versions of the microKorg editor use a completely different file format. The Mac one uses it's own private format, but the PC one actually creates files in standard MIDI file format.

Could do you also create a sysex dump of the Programs you created ? You can use the free Sysex Librarian from www.snoize.com to capture the sysex from your microKorg.

send the created benches for korg ms 2000, hour I must understand like
making the inverse procedure from the microkorg the program, like is
made ? What must I setting on the microkorg in order to record the messages
of sysex and saving them in the program snoize?

You need to use one of the Shift Functions called "MIDI DATA DUMP (dmP)". Check it out in the manual. I don't have a microKorg so I can't explain how it works
