Strange Problem With Triton Extreme

Hey guys, I have been using the Triton Extreme for a few years now, and yesterday as I was loading some pcg's off this site my Triton started to misbehave. I switched it off and turned it back on, and all the combis and programs were either not sounding at all or on some keys they were making very strange noises.
I performed a full factory reset, and re-loaded the original PCG's etc and it was doing the same thing.

Does anybody know what this could be or has any one experienced something like this before?
