Prog changes are lost when I switch to SEQ mode

Prog changes are lost when I switch to SEQ mode

This has always worked for me but stopped working yesterday...

On one of the Drums Kit (Tricky Druns - A04) , I changed Pitch to +01 (2nd from left on bottom under performance montor). When I go to sequencer , the change to pitch is lost and sequence doesn't play as expected. Like I said this trick used to work..
