Thanks for posting. Why did you need to open it if I might ask?

Could more plastic have been used? LOL

Okay in the second pic top left of the pic. I see the PCB mounted power jack with no strain support yikes :shock: .......

As I said before .......

Becareful with the plug peeps!

I opened for blowing blow the joystick because it had problem. :lol:
Fortunately was untied the problem.
Also it does not have many plastic and the screws of they are 2 types.

I think that little notch beside the power jack is KORG is the strain relief (or a DIY version of it).


Perhaps Korg expects their customers to come up with creative solutions for strain relief.... like hiring someone to hold the cord in while you play live :-)

I opened mine also and on the joystick its written PA50.
Thats y we r having prob with the joystick, its very old.
