Electribe ESX Main Knob prob

Post by inducejack »

For some reason the main menu knob on my ESX is unstable especially when I move it fast to go through samples. It even skips tempo when I move it just one click every once in awhile. Can anyone suggest how to remedy the issue. I tried reinstalling the New OS and that didnt help so I'm guessing it might be a hardware issue. I've only had the machine for about 6 months and I'm very disappointed. Could I fix this on my own? Wish Company's would build machines to last but I'm trapped in the game. Help!!!

knob gitters do not happen on encoders, only knobs... you might have a broken encoder tho... take it to a nearby service center.
