Roland EV5 Pedal

Post by surfdog »

Is there any reason that a Roland EV5 pedal will not work with the Korg Extreme? I have it plugged into assignable pedal input and I went to global settings page 2 and set the foot assignable tab to master volume. No luck so far. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try changing the polarity?

my belief is that the expression pedal uses a potentiometer to regulate a voltage to give an effect level..... so it is different to a polarized switch pedal.

Maybe it is not set up for the correct range that the triton is looking for?

Yes I changed polarity in both boxes and in each box separately.
