Getting rid of "pop" sound from Microkorg hip hop

I just got my microkorg solely for Basslines......but when i use the hip hop basses....theres always a popping sound....almost like a faint kick drum everytime i hit the key. Any tips to get rid of this??? It makes my bass sound horrible in my mixes. I tried Eqing already. Thanks in Advance.

Try changing the Amp EG Attack to something greater than zero. Then you'll still get the snappy attack without the pop, or less of one...
