I have been experiencing problems with these to areas on my triton classic.
First with the audio I have realised that on most tones when I select the tones initially it plays as it should for varying lengths of time. Sometimes from a few seconds to about minute. At some point however while playing the timbre or sound of the tone changes. The same tone is selected by the sound is slightly different and it's very noticable. On some tones more than others. This is really impactful especially during recordings leading to several takes. Sounds a bit like the modulation or sw switch or something just activates on its own.
With my sustain pedal I find that sometimes the pedal wouldnt sustain. I has nothing to do with the global setting. If find that if pull the jack to a side or something then the sustain works again.
Please help.

Sounds like a dirty pot problem.
Could be the solder for the Sustain Jack is dodgy.
Any good engineer you know should be able to 're-do' the pots for you.
Peace

Sustain and Audio Problem Partially solved
I finally got the courage to take my the board apart and I did indeed find that they were dry joints on both the sustain and the audio holes. This solved the sustain problem for sure and the cracking cable noise but the timbre of the keyboard still changes. I am trying to figure out which board is responsible for the tone generation function. Or could it be the mod wheel or the device that is under the mod wheel which is malfunctioning?
