Is it true that you can sample other sounds from other keyboards so they become multisamples thus being able to emulate that keyboard?

yes, but you need to have RAM and the sampling option installed
and it's quite a lot of work but can be done

You don't have to sample for each key right? It can become a simple multisample once you have the exb smpl?
